We understand that unexpected circumstances may prevent you from attending your lesson. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 12 hours in advance. Tutors reserve the right to receive full payment for lessons missed without prior notice.
In some cases, tutors may choose to reschedule or waive the cancellation fee at their discretion. However, cancellations within 12 hours of the lesson start time will generally be charged at the full rate. Students may still request rescheduling, but the final decision is up to the tutor.
